The Westland High School Student Soroptimists recently organised a Daffodil day Art Competition.

Westland High School Student Soroptimist club members organised an art competition for Daffodil Day to support the West Coast Cancer foundation. Fiona Carruthers kindly came in to judge the winning entries, which resulted in Bless Groome as the overall winner.

Thery drew a large Daffodil to display some of the money raised through a school mufti day for the cause. $340.00 was raised and will go to supporting West Coast individuals and families affected by cancer.
