Toki Pounamu statements have been sent out in the last couple of days and quite a few are near the end of their payments required or are already in credit. 

I would like to refund money to bank accounts before Christmas but you need to have STOPPED your bank deductions first - I cannot do this so either contact your bank or stop your internet payments. If you have a small balance owing on your account that is likely to be paid up before the end of January then please work out your bank deductions to finish the payment so we do not keep receiving your money.
