Huanggang Sister City relationship.

Recently our middle school artists were called upon to create some art for display in Huanggang City, Hubei Province, China as part of the celebrations for the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between New Zealand and China. 

The theme for the artworks was "Under the Same Sky" and they will be displayed in the Hubei Provincial Library for the duration of the celebrations. I am sure you will agree the students have done a great job under the guidance of middle school Art Teacher, Ms Mellinda Packham.

Westland District Council and Westland High School representatives will attend an online meeting in July to further strengthen our sister city relationship.
