We welcome Brooke to the Westland High School team. Brooke will be working in the office with Judith.

I’m Brooke, your new office person! I grew up in Franz Josef, and moved back to the Coast after uni for work. After a stint in Wanaka, my husband and I moved to Hokitika to build a house, which is still yet to happen...! My main background is tourism and customer service (you may recognise me from such places as the Hokitika i-Site and Westland District Library!) but I have done more and more admin over the years and really enjoyed the time I spent working at Franz Josef School, so I was super excited to see the Office/Finance position at Westland High pop up. My goal here is to eventually know everything, but please bear with me until that happens!

I love netball, languages (I’m currently learning NZSL and have a degree in Linguistics), and general nerd culture - I’m the one with the Doctor Who shoes and Harry Potter earrings.
