A small contingent of athletes that qualified competed this week in the West Coast Primary School Athletics.

After a couple of weeks of delayed Hokitika districts athletics due to rain, the event was finally able to be held one day before the West Coast athletcis were taking place in Greymouth. 

The below Westland High School students were selected to compete at the West Coast Primary School athletics held in ANZAC park in Greymouth. They all showed great sportsmanship and perseverance. 

Well done to all the students involved and thank you to the staff and parents who were able to help on the day.
