Tiritiri Matangi Island Trip
Our Year 5/6 children will be visiting Tiritiri Matangi Island during September.
This term we have a focus on the concept of biodiversity. This will include learning about the fragility of some ecosystems and what is needed to sustain these. As part of this focus, we will be visiting Tiritiri Matangi to learn about their biodiversity plan and the effect this has on developing and sustaining the ecosystems that exist on the island.

Everyone needs to have clean shoes and bags that are free of mud and seeds. Food needs to be in a closed container and gear in a bag that can be sealed or zipped closed. No open bags are to come onto Tiritiri Matangi.
