Westmere netballers did us proud at the inter-school tournament held on the 13th of September, with all four teams making the semi-finals

All four Year 6 teams played their semi-finals with enormous spirit and the 3 top teams came 2nd (by one goal to Point Chevalier), 3rd and 2nd (again to Point Chevalier) respectively.

Many thanks to all of the parents who provided transport, coaching, supervision and support on the day and throughout the season. In particular, Cath Harbour, Peter Macauley, Nerolie Curran, Leanne Cranefield, Sarah Gardner and Anna Miles. 

We were also very lucky to have Molly Charlesworth’s cousin and two of her friends from Westlake Girls School to umpire.

Team 4 (blue): Samantha Symes, Ruby Tattersfield, Pippi Muxlow, Phoebe Miles, Olive Morrison-Lopes, Penelope Tucker, Isabelle Gillett, Elyse Chitty.
