Year 5 and 6 Camp Adair Information Evening

Year 5 and 6 Team —

Important information and documentation for Camp Adair was shared by the Year 5 and 6 teachers last night.

We had an excellent turn out at the Camp Adair information evening held last night in the school hall. The presentation included what activities the children will be participating in, health and safety, what to bring, cost, parent help and police checks.

The police vetting documentation has been attached below as well as the presentation from last night.

Parent Help
We have two options:

Option 1: Stay at camp for the whole time. For this option a police check is now required as you will be staying overnight with children. Due to the time it takes to obtain the police check we ask that you complete the documentation below  and return to the office by Friday 3rd June.  The police check needs to be certified by either Julie or Hazel when you bring it in to school. It is important to mention that this does not guarantee a definite place at camp.

Option 2: Help at camp for a day from 7.00am-10.00pm. You do not need a police check for this option.

We are only able to take one adult per family in order to keep the numbers manageable.

Camp is an excellent opportunity for your child to develop independence.
