In the first week of the holidays Raeann traveled to Queenstown to take part in the Snow Sports NZ Junior Freestyle Competition held at Cardrona Resort.

New Zealand's best junior skiers and snowboarders competed in; gravity cross, free-ride, slope-style and half-pipe events.  Skiers had to participate in all four disciplines in order to challenge for the overall titles.  Raeann has worked really hard and shown great determination in the week long competition.  

Results as follows;  In the U8 Free-ski Girls category;   Half-pipe - 1st,    Slope-style - 1st,   Gravity cross - 3rd,   Free-ride - 3rd and U8 Free-ski Girls Overall 2nd!
