The Bolts team are very excited to use the new gear at the next tournament coming up at Rosedale Park on October 31st.

This year Whangaparaoa School had two teams compete in an inaugural softball tournament at Victor Eaves park, Orewa.  

Team  ‘Thunder’ - Tyler O3, Flynn O3, Lachie O3, Lucas O2, Mitch O3, Tristan O3, Tristan L B3, Aayush M1 , Frank O4, Robert B3, Managers: Kate Lucy  and Nicola.

Team Bolts - Rokko M2, Jake M2, Kris M2, Isaac M2, Leo M2, Tamati O1, Kruze B3, Boston M1 (And Duke, now living in Queenstown), Managers: Jo  and Evan.

The teams practice twice a week,  and played against other schools in Rodney, from as far away as Warkworth. The Bolts made it to the next tournament to be played at Rosedale Park on October 31st against teams from the North Harbour area.
