Come and enjoy one last party before Hall renovations:

• $5 per child - includes free sausage - parents are free
• Scary tunnel - lucky Dip - tasty treats - and spooky dancing!

WE NEED YOUR HELP

• managing food stalls (learn from our experienced Donna who can't be at the event)
• managing security
• organising and learning alongside Sigi to manage the event next year
• setup during the school day (scary tunnel and decorations),
• setup stalls and put up fencing around the hall from 3pm
• manning stalls during the event (6:00pm - 8:00pm):
  • BBQ, Pizza, Sushi
  • Ice creams
  • Slushies
  • Drinks and Popcorn
  • Lucky Dip
  • Decorate a spooky cookie
  • Scary tunnel
  • Disco Dollar Tent (cash needs to be exchanged into Disco dollars to pay at stalls)
• security during the event (6pm - 8:30pm)
• clean up from 8:30pm
