Join us for an informative evening to learn more about becoming a homestay host for Whangārei Boys’ High School.

During the session, we will guide you through everything you need to know, including eligibility requirements, the onboarding process, and what to expect from the hosting experience. We will also share the many benefits of welcoming an international student into your home — both culturally and personally — along with the support provided by our dedicated international team.

Hosting a student is also an opportunity to share your own culture and way of life here in Aotearoa, while learning about another culture from around the world. These experiences often create meaningful connections and broaden perspectives for both students and host families.

You will also gain insight into the backgrounds of the students joining our growing international programme.
