The building refurbishment of Ruma Waiarohia to Ruma Te Takimano is continuing...

ARCO Limited has been very busy over the past few months and has a couple more to go.  A substantial amount of new framing and large beams have been added to open up the spaces.

The wiring has been relaid and the floors and ground are prepped.  The high windows and old weatherboards up high are being replaced and reframed at the moment.

There is still a lot of work to go but the rooms are looking like great teaching spaces for next year.
