Te Reo Māori @ WIS 24.9.20

Tom Clarkson —

Kia ora everyone, Welcome back to our Te Reo Māori at WIS. Last time we looked at “I tūmahi” for example I pēke - jumped, I moe - Slept , I waiata - Sung.

This week we will add Tūpou - pronouns such as ahau - I/me, koe - you, ia - he/she.

Here is the simple sentence structure to follow and build on… I tūmahi tūpou. I pēke ia - She/he jumped, I moe āhau - I slept.

Using the same simple sentence try and create phrases that can help you say something has happened.

Give it a go - Karawhiua!!!!
