Congratulations to these students for their outstanding achievements.

When students receive their Whānaungatanga band they have earned 9 stripes for participation, achievement and/or academic excellence. 

When they receive their Mātauranga band, they have earned 18 stripes for participation, achievement and/or academic excellence.

When they receive their Rangatira band, they have earned an admirable 27 stripes. At this point, they also receive their Tirohanga badge, being our top Tirohanga Award.

Corbin Pearson deserves special acknowledgement for being the first Year 7 student to receive a Tirohanga Badge this year. He is following in the footsteps of Boston Morgan, who as a Year 8 student, has just received his 2nd Tirohanga Badge. Congratulations to you both.
