In collaboration with ASB Bank and their "Get Wise" program, every class will be taking part in at least 2 financial literacy lessons in the last week of school this term.

The lessons include

• Workshop One-AR/Influences

Spending influences, how to identify them, and techniques to help make financial choices that are right for you.

• Workshop Two- Holiday

A brief introduction to budgets and putting into practice wise money choices, (this includes choosing when to pay for something, hidden costs, and unexpected life expenses) 

Te Whānau o Waimirirangi Reo Rua and Rumaki classes will have lessons delivered i roto i te reo māori.

We are very excited about the opportunity as this is a topical key concept that schools will be expected to cover as part of the curriculum refresh.
