This term in Hauora, we have been continuing to immerse ourselves in our sports activities and exploring the realms of meditation and mindfulness...

It's awesome to see our students embracing these practices as a means to unwind after break times. The positive impact this has on students is really empowering. Through mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and discussions on emotional intelligence, students will gain valuable life skills essential for navigating the challenges of both school and life.

Recently our school held our annual Athletics Day. It was a major success and definitely a highlight of the term. The warmer weather definitely added to the enjoyment on the day. As a school, we were delighted to witness so many of our students engaging and participating in the Athletic events. 

Congratulations to all of our competitive winners and a big shout-out to every student who participated! Whether you were initially hesitant, pushed beyond your comfort zones, or overcame self-doubt, each of you should be commended for taking on the challenge. Well done!
