Classes from the Junior and Middle school have been out on trips to visit places in our local community.

Rata, Koromiko and PikoPiko went to visit Mayfair Rest Home on May 4th where they shared songs, crafts and stories. The students were so excited to meet and play card games with the residents, they wrote letters that we dropped off to them before our visit.

Matai & Totara's learning this term is called, "From the ground up". Students visited the Double Tree Hilton also on 4th May, where they planted seeds to put into our school garden. They had a meal made for them from the kids menu which the students designed. We had a fantastic time exploring the hotel and are very thankful to Double Tree for their support.
