All Kākano and Kehakai children (Rooms 3 -7) need their togs at school in week 5.

Kākano and Kehakai students - Week 5 - every day.

Wednesday 26 April - Friday 5 May.  8 lessons.

Classes will be leaving school daily at different times by bus.

• The lessons are FREE.  The School Board is funding the total cost of the swimming lessons and bus transport for every child so every child can participate.

• Participation in the daily swimming lessons will be compulsory for all children unless a medical certificate is provided to explain the child’s non-participation.

• All children need their togs and towel at school next week. 

Parents are able to attend and watch swimming lessons.  

We would value assistance with changing our junior children. If you are available to help some days, please let your child's teacher know.  

This is such a wonderful learning opportunity for every child as Swimming is a core component of the Physical Education curriculum.
