Free Youthtown/Canterbury Rams and Mainland Pouākai Basketball Camps

I am writing to offer your school and the students in your community a unique opportunity to participate in our free Youthtown Basketball Camp. The Youthtown Basketball Camp is a comprehensive program designed to teach young athletes the fundamental skills and techniques of basketball in a fun and engaging environment.

Our camp is run by experienced coaches, campers and current Rams players who are passionate about helping young athletes develop their skills and reach their full potential. We believe that every child should have the opportunity to learn and grow through sports, regardless of their circumstances. That is why we are offering this free basketball camp to the youth in your community.

Our camp will take place at Cowles Stadium is open to boys and girls from Years 3-8 , and it will run from 12.00pm - 2.00pm on Friday 14 April. There will also be a camp for school Years 9-13 from 2:30pm - 5:00pm on Friday 14 April.

ALSO we are wanting to invite you and the students in your school to join us for our 2023 season Home opener. Where the Canterbury Rams will be taking on the Airs on 9 April at Cowles Stadium at 6:00pm.

Our team is dedicated to involving the community and fostering a sense of unity in our city. We believe that sports can bring people together and create a positive impact in our communities. As such, we are extending an invitation to you and your students to attend our upcoming basketball game.

sKids

Our on-site after school provider is sKids. It’s all about having lots of FUN and your kids will have so much fun at our sKids Centre that they won’t want to leave.

We run After School (3.00pm – 6.00pm) and Holiday Programmes (7.30am – 6.00pm).
