Whānau Digital Engagement Survey

Kia ora, Mālō e lelei, Talofa and Greetings 

This year I am completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Digital Technology and Collaboration through The Mindlab in Auckland.  I am required to complete an assignment about digital innovation within Whītau School. 

To know how to best support whānau connecting digitally with Whītau School, I am collecting information via a survey.

I would appreciate it if as many whānau as possible could complete the survey, so my innovation can target our school and whānau needs. 

The survey has been written in English and translated into Tongan and Samoan.  The survey is mainly tick boxes so it should take a short amount of time.

I will use anonymous data from this survey to plan the best innovation to meet the needs of our whānau.  No personal information about you or your child will be used or shared.
