SWIS (Social Worker in Schools) Drop In Sessions on Wednesdays

Come along and meet our Whītau SWIS Megan...

Kia ora koutou Whītau whānau

My name is Megan Malcolm.  I am the SWiS (Social Worker in Schools) social worker at Whītau School.  I support children and whānau at Whītau School to improve their wellbeing, safety and educational goals.

This term each Wednesday morning from 8.30-9.30am I will have a drop-in time at my SWiS office, beginning next week on Wednesday 24th August.  My SWiS office is the older building next to the Preschool on Woodham Road.  During this drop-in time, you can come to discuss issues your tamariki or whānau are facing and the resources or support that you might be able to access.

I am located in the Community Hub on Woodham Road between the hall and the preschool, just have a look for my Social Workers in Schools banner outside and pop inside for a chat.  I look forward to meeting some of you soon.
