Tuesday 2nd November marks Wigram Primary Schools senior Athletics Day. Students from Kereru and Ruru will be participating in Run, Jump and Throw events throughout the day.

Unfortunately, Due to the COVID restrictions we can not allow spectators on the school grounds.

Your child/children are allowed to come dressed in their house colours, including face paint, but please ensure appropriate footwear is worn for participating in athletics events e.g no jandals.

Please also ensure your child has the following on the day:

• Drink bottle

• Hat

• Lunch

• Sunscreen (although we will have some on hand throughout the day)

We are hoping for a sunny day, but if the weather is poor we will let you know through Facebook and the HERO app. The postponement date is Wednesday 3rd November.The Junior Athletics day for students in Pukeko, Toroa and Kōtuku will be held later in the term. More details around this will follow.
