5 Ways to Wellbeing
Recently our staff looked a little bit closer at each of the aspects of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Wellbeing is an important part of life and requires an intentional effort.
The 5 Ways of Wellbeing looks at wellbeing holistically and is a good and easy "tool" to use that could support you with your wellbeing.
We thought that it would be a good idea to make our whānau aware of this "tool" for your own wellbeing 😀.
