Introducing Kate Duncan - Deputy Principal

Kia ora koutou,

Thank-you to all who have already come and said 'hi' to me and introduced themselves. I feel very privileged to be part of the Wigram Primary Community.

A little bit about me:

I have 3 children aged 11, 10 and 5, and am married to Tim. We live out West Melton way and have done so for nearly 4 years. Previously I worked at Waitaha Specialist school in Rolleston. I started my career at Sockburn Primary way back in 2002. In between those years I worked in various schools doing various roles. I spent some time living in Scotland and America – but have always headed back home to Christchurch.

I enjoy swimming and dancing – although I’m not that good at the latter! I love hanging out with my family and spending time watching movies and building lego.
