Welcome to Maori Language Week - the place where we celebrate our Maori Language every week

Ending Covid 19 Protection Framework

I am sure many of us were very pleased to hear about the lifting of the wearing of Masks in most settings.

So what does this mean at Wigram Primary:

     From 13 September

1. Mask wearing will remain optional for Staff and Students

2. Parents and Caregivers no mask wearing required on the school site

     From Monday 19 September

1. Parents and Caregivers can come into the learning spaces before and after school.

2. Assemblies will be advertised to parents and parents may attend.

3. Before school - please vacate the learning space when the bell goes at 8:55am.

4. Teachers are teaching from 8:55am and will not have time to touch base with parents after this time.

5. Parents are welcome into the class after the 3pm bell - not before.

     Covid 19 Protocols

If someone in your household gets a positive covid test they need to self isolate for 7 days but other family members can go to work or school as long as they undertake a RAT test daily and it is negative.

We are very excited to welcome families back into the classrooms, and to other school events that will be happening over the coming weeks and terms.

Masks will still be available at the Office for anyone wanting to wear one.

Kind regards
