Sharing Our Values with the Community

Hello to our lovely Wigram community!

This term the Student Council of Wigram Primary School has decided to get each school student to paint HEART rocks, to share our school’s HEART values across our community.

We are doing this activity so we can share our school values. Our HEART values are:

Hauora: Be well, to do well.

Explore: Be curious, ask questions.

Aspire: Soaring to new heights.

Respect: Treat others as you’d like to be treated.

Taonga: We value our treasures.

The Student Council would like to encourage the students to take their HEART rock home with them and place it around our Wigram community, for others to look at and admire our school’s values. You could place these on your walk to and from school, or on the weekend.

Remember if you find a HEART rock, feel free to check it out, and place it in a new home so our message can be spread far and wide.

Here are some photos of us supporting the 'rock painters' in Kererū today.

Thanks heaps
