Year 6 Cycle Safety
Last week from Tuesday to Friday our Year 6 students participated in the Christchurch City Council Cycle Safety programme.
The year 6 students from Ruru and Kererū learnt how to ride their bikes safely on the roads around Wigram Primary School last week. The students learnt about using arm signals, safe breaking distances and how to pass stationary cars. They also learnt about basic bike maintenance and how to keep your bike in tip-top shape when they are out on the road.
