Congratulations to our lovely Lucy
Lucy Ferguson leads our Student Council, environmental education and the Eco Club. Keep Christchurch Beautiful awarded her certificate and tree as a way of thank you.
Last week Lucy Ferguson was presented this award from the Keep Christchurch Beautiful Group. The group is supported by the Christchurch City Council. Here Lucy is being presented with her award by Mark Peters, our local City Councillor, at the city awards ceremony.
The award is in recognition of the work Lucy does with the students around environmental activities and education with interested groups of students. Our Eco Club is open to students right across the school. The most recent activity was bird feeders in the trees around the school and around Te Kahu Park.
Thank you Lucy for all that you do in this area, we are so proud of you.
