Hurutini Student Council Pool Party!

Kick off summer with the Hurutini Student Council pool party!
What’s happening: Grab your friends and whānau and head along to this epic pool party to celebrate the start of summer. There will be plenty of slides, an inflatable obstacle course, and a farmyard bouncy castle. YCD will be the MC to announce prizes for our Manu competition and a DJ will be playing for your entertainment! There will also be free braids and fades available on the day as well as a scavenger hunt with lots of spot prizes so save the date! -General pool prices apply!
When: Sunday 10th December from 12pm - 5pm.
Where: Te Hapua (Halswell centre).
Who’s been involved: Wigram, Halswell, Knights Stream, Oaklands, Aiden Field Christian School, Seven Oaks Primary School and the Christchurch City Council.
Why: This year the Hurutini Student Council looked at the Christchurch City Council’s 10 year plan and decided they would like to see more youth events in the city. From this the ‘pool party’ idea was born.
