Well done to the Wigram Thunder and Wigram Warriors basketball teams who have both had a fantastic start to their season coming away with two convincing victories each. The Thunder won 46 - 18 in the first week and 37 - 12 the following week. The Warriors also won 22 - 15 for their first game and 28 - 2 for their second.

They will be looking to maintain their 100% winning record next week as they take on their next opponents at South Hornby Primary School. We wish them all the best for their games. If your child is interested to take part in the year 5/6 basketball competition held on Friday afternoons, please let Rhys Williams (rwilliams@wigramprimary.school.nz) know as there are spaces available in the teams.
