SORRY SOLD OUT. Tantalise your tastebuds with “Trust the Chef’ Wild Food Dinner in Glenfalloch’s garden setting on Saturday 22 April from 5pm-10pm. 

Tantalising treats await guests for an evening of Wild Dining at Glenfalloch. 

Creative chef extraordinaire Hannes Bareiter will showcase inspired dishes using local wild produce. When asked what’s on the ‘Trust the Chef’ wild menu Hannes says, 

“It will be a surprise, we are currently finalising the menu and we are waiting to see what’s in peak season. What we know so far it will feature Otago Venison, Fuchsias, Rabbit, Samphire, Wild Glenfalloch Berries, Duck Tongues and we’re excited to see what else makes itself available that day” 

Guests can trust the chef to deliver a superb evening of creative cuisine, they are in very clever hands. Hannes has a Masters Degree in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management from Germany and has worked in five star restaurants both in Germany and New Zealand.  

Hannes says his inspiration comes from the wonderful local produce,

 “ For the Wild Food Dinner I’ll be using the best of regional wild ingredients some of which we’re foraging from the Glenfalloch garden”.
