Stephen will share insights into a range of introduced and native local plant species that can be crafted into safe and effective plant medicine. Optional wild cold-water immersion and breath work session 2.30-3pm.

Stephen runs Aotearoa’s first community supported herbalism project, 'Gathered', where members receive seasonal boxes of locally crafted plant medicine.
He has been a bioregional herbalist and backcountry guide for over 20 years and loves deepening people’s connection to the natural world through wilderness adventure and plant medicine.
