Mad Mac is determined that paua will remain here for his children to harvest

This is one of the three award winning films from students of Science Communication that will be screened on Monday 24 April at the College of Education  Auditorium at 7.30pm introduced by Ross Johnston who has tracked down where in the world these film makers are working and living now.  Each film is 24 minutes long and entry is gold coin to assist with screening costs. 

Don McIntosh, aka Mad Mac has always been an adventurer. As a paua diver he is determined that these flat ugly snails will still be around for his children to harvest too.

Bill Morris & Kate Bradbury won  the People’s Choice Award at the  Aotearoa Environmental Film Festival 2006 with this film.
