Hetty

Hi my name is Hetty. I am about 10 years old and I am quite a small little girl. I have red spiralling hair that goes down to my shoulders. 

 Well, you know how most children have lovely fun parents, not me! I’m actually an orphan. People always make fun of me and my height! When I’m older and bigger I'm gonna show them who’s boss. Everyone thinks that I’m cute and cheeky! But . . . I don’t think I am. I think I’m rebel like and active. My eyes are as blue as the sky on a summer day and shimmering like the stars at the same time. I normally wear a ragged old brown granny dress! But sometimes older girls steal it so I have to run around the place stark naked! When some people come to adopt children, they walk past me and whisper in a cringy voice “What a totally rude and gruesome little child!” Well I don’t like them either!

Old Tom

Old Tom is a very, very wrinkly old man who has grey spikey hair. He smiles all the time and wears very skinny pants that are too small for him because no pants come in his size. He is so big, that's the problem. He can't lean down to tie his shoe laces up or turn the bath or shower on. His belly wobbles everywhere he goes (which is barely anywhere). Even if he was having a wrestle with the weakest man he would lose. People are always laughing and making fun of him because his belly pokes out of his top. But Tom just laughs with them. He has tried to go on a diet but he just keeps eating. His wife is very disappointed about how fat and wrinkly he is. His wife's name is Lizzie and her skin is very smooth, not one wrinkle to be seen. She wears cloths for clothes and she does all the work. Tom is always asking to help but his wife is always saying no you can’t your too fat. He is nice though, and there is only one person that he doesn't like. Well not really a person, a thing. A burnt pudding. He thinks that’s the scariest thing ever!

Derrick the homeless guy

Derrick was a German guy. He had small grey hairs in his blonde curly hair. Derrick had a long, wrinkly, pointy nose, blue eyes and curly, fragile, elf ears. His clothes were dusty and had holes in them and they were really stinky and dirty clothes. But he was a really kind man even though he loved food and ate from a dumpster. He once was a clever gas filler in Germany and he wasn’t afraid of any danger.

Blackbeard

Blackbeard was a pirate. He had black hair, black clothes, black shoes and he had a black moustache with a black beard. That's why his name was Blackbeard. He also lived in a black scary house. Blackbeard loved eating snails and slugs and he also loved rugby but he hated little kids.
