All about our Whare Manu afternoons that we have coming up

Kia ora parents/caregivers,

Throughout this term we will have a series of Whare Manu afternoons.

The Whare Manu afternoons will be run by our Whare Manu Leaders with awesome activities across the school. A Whare Manu is like a house team but at our school we have houses named after birds. The houses are called Weka, Kereru, Tauhou, Tui, Kotare and Korimako.

The dates for when they will happen this term are: Friday the 3rd of March, Friday 24th March, and Thursday 6th April.

Whare Manu day is a great opportunity for our senior and junior students to interact using their Tuakana Teina.

Remember to come in your Whare Manu colours!
