Whenever a student is to be absent the school must be notified by a phone call or email to the office explaining the reason.

When a child is to be excused from swimming, physical education or any other activity a note should also be given.

The Ministry of Education have provided codes for every type of absence and require us to monitor and report on any pattern of absence to the Board of Trustees and or take further action as required. 

Please remember that it is the parents' responsibility to have students attend school on time.
