At various times the school may have parents, tradespeople, and staff from support agencies visiting the school.

The following guidelines ensure the safety for everyone on the school site.

All visitors to the school (except the parents, whanau/ caregivers of presently enrolled children) are asked to report to the office.  We now have an electronic sign in and out tablet in the office which is to be used to record people on site, their whereabouts, business and when they leave.

Signage around the school directs visitors to report to the office.

All staff members monitor visitors to the school, and report any strange behaviour by adults on site to admin.

In the event of an evacuation staff members carefully check each building to ensure that all rooms and spaces are empty.
