Pegasus Zone Cross Country has been postponed til Friday

To Parents/Caregivers,

With the bleak weather forecast for Wednesday and Thursday and ground closures the Sports Trust have decided to postpone tomorrow’s cross country event.

The timetable will still be the same – kicking off from 12.15pm. Unfortunately there will be no opportunity to walk through the course, due to the conditions of it. Maps for the race for the race will be available on the day.

*Note: Parents who volunteered need to be at school at 11.20 to transport the children to the event.

It is extremely wet and muddy at the show grounds as there was a big horse event at the grounds over the weekend. The course is not for the faint hearted. Please make sure runners know they will get wet and very muddy and maybe slip over. We would suggest bringing a warm change of clothes.

Spectators, please bring your gumboots and note that parking will be available on Ashley Street and Coldstream Road. The parking area in the show grounds is reserved for buses only.
