The Voting Wall
The Ministry of Education have a resource called 'The Voting Wall' that is available to schools to gain information about how their students, staff and community feel about the important aspects that contribute to the welfare and learning of students.
As part of a MOE workshop on Inclusive Education we were introduced to this resource. We are fortunate enough to have this at Woodend School this week to allow us to get some information about which of these aspects are the MOST important in the eyes of our students, parents / community members and staff.
We are wanting as many of our community members to place a vote during this week, so come into the school office and see the wall for yourself ! Closes 3.30pm Friday
The office staff have the counters for you to be able to vote for the aspect that you feel is the MOST important to assist students in their learning. The aspects are as follows:
All of these are components that assist students in their learning but which are the one or ones that you feel are the most important??? You may wish to place more than one vote if there are some that you feel are equally important.
