Woodend is in the final!
On Thursday 15th of June Woodend Schools’ debate team travelled to Amberley to compete for a spot in the final.
The topic of the debate was that ‘climate change is the greatest threat to human existence’.
It was a close debate but Woodend came on top. 350 to 365! The first speaker and the best speaker was Lachlan with 93 points! Our second speaker was Kiara achieved 87 points and our third speaker was Jasper who earned 90 points.
