Sports News Wk 4

 On the 22nd of August we have two teams that have made it through to Canterbury Winter Tournament Zones. We have a Rugby team and a Soccer team.  These teams play other school teams in a competition to win  - so we all wish them luck and hope they do well.

Te Maunga basketball trials were held last Monday and went very well. The people that turned up had amazing basketball skills. The team will be announced later this week. Good luck.

Mini-ball is on Tuesday nights. It started on the 15th of August and will end on the 19th of September. We are excited to see how the games will go and hope the practices are really really fun. Mini-ball is for Year 3 and 4 students. It is like basketball but for the juniors.
