Kia ora e te whānau,

It’s hard to believe we’re already in Week 8 of Term 1! The past few weeks have been filled with fantastic learning experiences, school events, and a real sense of connection across our kura. A huge thank you to our students, staff, and whānau for your continued support and engagement—it makes all the difference.

Learning

Teachers and students have been working hard across all curriculum areas, with a strong focus on developing essential knowledge and skills in reading, writing, and maths. Our ongoing use of HERO and learning posts allows you to see your child’s progress, and we encourage you to engage with these updates. We appreciate the valuable role parents play in supporting learning at home.

Whare Manu & School Spirit

Yesterday was our first  Whare Manu afternoon of the year and it was a huge success! It was fantastic to see so much enthusiasm, teamwork, and pride in our school values. These afternoons help build a strong sense of belonging for our students, and we love seeing their supportive spirit.
