Our conferences for Years 3 - 8 are scheduled for

Tuesday 18th June,

Wednesday 19th June, and

Thursday 20th June 2019.

Some of the teachers will be available for appointment times between 1.00pm and 3.00pm. All teachers will be available Tuesday 18th and Thursday 20th between 3.30 and 7.30 pm.

We have listened to feedback around the interviews and parents and teachers thought it would be good to be able to choose which teachers would be part of the interview. This would allow parents to speak to the teacher who taught their child in a subject area.

It is important to ask your child which teacher/s it would be best to make an interview to see. To enable this to happen please read the following information.

  • Interviews are 10 minutes long.

  • You will receive a report at the time of your first interview.

  • You may have an interview with two different teachers from each team.

  • We will release two teachers on each afternoon (1.30 - 3.00pm) to help with this process (a grid attached shows when teachers are available).

  • Te Maunga and Te Ngahere afternoon interviews are held upstairs in Te Pou.

  • Te Awa afternoon interviews are held in Room 17. Te Awa interview between 3.30pm - 7.30pm will be in Rakahuri, Hurunui and Ruataniwha.

  • If you have concerns please do not hesitate to speak to Adrienne, Brenda or admin staff for helping entering your interviews times.

How to Make a Booking

  • Then you will be asked to put in an event code in - please use the event code j2pza

  • Follow the instructions on the screen adding your e mail address, your name and your child’s name. The next step is to choose which teacher (or teachers) you wish to see.

Please if you have any difficulties you can ring the school office and they will make the booking for you.

Special Timetable for Afternoons Slots

Although every teacher is available on Tuesday and Thursday evening, there are slots available in the afternoons.

Choose the teachers that teach your child - this may mean you will not book an interview with the child’s Pakeke unless you need to speak to them about one of the Intelligent Behaviours. It is important to ask your child which teacher it would be best to make an interview to see. This would ensure you will be able to speak to the teacher who taught your child in the subject.
