Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences (Yrs 4 - 8)

Our conferences for Years 4 - 8 are scheduled for Tuesday 19th June, Wednesday 20th June and Thursday 21st June 2018. Some of the teachers in the Te Maunga and Te Ngahere teams will be available for appointment times between 1pm and 3.00 pm. All teachers from Te Awa (for Year 4 only), Te Ngahere and Te Maunga will be available Tuesday 19th and Thursday 21st 3.30 - 7.30 pm.
Last year we listened to the feedback around interviews. Parents and Teachers felt it would be good to be able to choose which teachers would be part of the interview.. This would allow parents to speak to the teacher who taught their child in a subject area.
It is important to ask your child which teacher/s it would be best to make an interview to see. To enable this to happen we have made the following changes.
Interviews are 10 minutes long.
You will receive the report at the time of your first interview.
You may have an interview with 2 different teachers.
We will release 2 teachers on each afternoon (1.30 to 3.00 pm) to help with the process ( a grid attached shows when teachers are available)
Te Maunga and Te Ngahere afternoon interviews are held upstairs in Te Pou
Te Awa will be available for Interviews from 3.30pm to 7.30pm and these will take place in Rakahuri, Hurunui and Ruataniwha.

Then you will be asked to put an event code in - please use fnp89
Follow the instructions on the screen adding your email, your name and your child's name. The next step is to choose which teacher (or teachers) you wish to see.
Remember if you have any difficulties you can ring the school office and they will make the booking for you.
