Sports News Week 4

Athletics is coming up on the Thursday the 9th of November. Boy competitors will be competing in track first, and the girls will be competing in field first. They will then swap over at lunch. Good luck to all the competitors -  have fun and try your hardest.

 Last week Basketball was a success for the Titans, Wizards and the Bosses. The Titans bet the Leithfield Warriors and the Woodend Bosses bet the Hurunui Hot Shots. The Woodend Breakers had a tough loss against the KNS Spurs. The Rams also had a tough loss against the Fernside Lakers. The Woodend Wizards won against the Sefton Black. Good luck to all the Basketball games this week. The draw is out and has been posted on Facebook and should have been emailed out by Managers too.

The Te Maunga Tennis Tournament will be coming up on Monday the 13th of November. If you don’t know what Tennis Tournament is, it is a Tournament to find out who the best tennis player is. It is divided into boys and girls and there is a winner in each category.  At the end they will get a trophy.  Make sure you give it a go and try your best.
