Last Thursday our current Year Six students presented the school with their leaving gift in the form of one raspberry and two blackberry trees. Bunnings Warehouse kindly donated the plants and came along to help the class representatives with the planting. Along with this, they gifted each Year Six student a pencil case of stationery to take to their next kura. Our tamariki did a fabulous job getting involved with the planting and will forever be connected to these plants as they grow and flourish; just like the tamariki themselves.
