Kia ora folks

Like many schools around Aotearoa, but especially small ones, we run on the smell of an oily rag. Or let me put this more positively. We run on the goodwill, hard work, commitment and passion of our school families and school community. A special group in our school are the wonderful parents who make up our PTA.

Our PTA has carried on it's great work for many years and is invaluable to our school for many reasons. Our PTA members are superb fundraisers. Juicy sales, chocolate sales, discos and other fundraisers all add up. The funds raised contribute to the resources that each and  that benefit every child at our school. Due to the hard work and generosity of our PTA our school is able to provide extra sports equipment, library books, class furniture and contributions to bus costs. These and other things provided by our PTA benefit all of our students. 

More important than the money is the contribution our PTA makes to our school by providing an organisation that parents and caregivers can belong to. The key word is 'belong.' By belonging to the PTA one finds new friends while having fun contributing to our school. The PTA adds a great feel to our school. 

Our school benefits in many ways due to the efforts of our PTA. Please join the PTA. The contribution of a little time makes a massive difference for our students.
