The AGM is where we begin our year with our first meeting, taking any new nominations for the following roles:  President, Vice President, Secretary & Treasurer.  Anyone can be nominated for these positions or put their names forward.  If there are no nominations & current persons would like to keep their position, then a vote will also be taken to hold these roles.  At this stage we are aware that we will require a new Treasurer, this does require someone that may be good with numbers & spreadsheets & as with any new position taken on board you will be guided along with training of the position from the previous member. 

The PTA is here to help your school & your child make their amazing school even better. You can help us do that if you're keen to come along to our first meeting to sit & listen in, to see if this is for you then please do join us.  If your not keen to join the actual PTA but could be in a position to help us out sometimes, with after school selling Juices or during one of our BBQ's in the weekend, then please email your details to Kate pta@yaldhurst.school.nz and we will add you to our list.
