A great opportunity to celebrate our students who have been displaying the YMS HERO Values.

At Yaldhurst Model School we all strive to be:

Healthy Individuals, Enthusiastic learners, Responsible citizens and Open-minded explorers

When staff see students displaying these values, a HERO card is awarded with specific information about what value they were showing:

We also award two children from each class as the HERO of the week at assembly to acknowledge students showing our school values.

HERO cards are collated and contribute to whole House Rewards. We also collate how many HERO cards an individual student has been awarded over their time at Yaldhurst Model School. Each HERO card awarded contributes to a student’s individual total. We hold a HERO Celebration each term to recognise students who have reached the next target.
